Emergency On-Site Tech support (2 hour onsite response, Commercial clients only)
$95 per hour for on site services calls: (Plus PST & GST)
Emergency calls between midnight and 8 AM are billed at $160.00 per hour plus (Plus GST & PST) Invoices will be provided for all work done, payment is required within 10 days, or PayPal payments are accepted for your convienience
Terms and Conditions
All hard drives sooner or later fail, and the data on them is lost if not backed up. Please make sure that you have your data backed up before a service call to made. While every reasonable precaution and care is taken when working on a computer, there are so many different manufacturers and variations of the hardware and software that incompatibilities often occur, and can sometimes result in a partial or complete loss of data on a drive. Radium Network Solutions assumes no responsibility or liability for loss of data resulting from installation of new hardware, software, or operating system updates or any down time. While Radium Network Solutions understands these hard economic times, our clients have to understand that we are also living in these times, to protect us and you any time over 2 hours requires pre-payment.
